Terms of Service
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of Cyproli websites, security resources, and platform services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services and permitted use
Cyproli provides security-related software, analysis, and operational content for Web3 environments. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your configuration choices, user permissions, and handling of outputs generated through the Services.
3. Accounts and security responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, access management, and prompt reporting of unauthorized use. You must maintain appropriate internal controls, including least-privilege access and periodic key/token rotation. Cyproli is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your own systems or credentials.
4. Data and customer responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the data and assets you submit, connect, or monitor through the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide such data and to authorize Cyproli to process it for service delivery, support, and security operations.
5. Compliance and prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to violate law, evade sanctions, distribute malware, abuse networks, or infringe rights of third parties. You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, interfere with system integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to Cyproli systems.
6. Security content disclaimer
Security insights, threat scores, and recommendations are provided for operational support and do not guarantee prevention of all incidents. No part of the Services constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.
7. Intellectual property
Cyproli and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, content, models, and branding. Except for limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no license is granted by implication or otherwise.
8. Payment, suspension, and termination
Paid plans are billed per applicable order terms. Cyproli may suspend or limit Services for non-payment, legal risk, abuse, or material security threats. Either party may terminate according to contract terms. Upon termination, access rights end, subject to any data export windows stated in your plan or order form.
9. Warranties and liability limits
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyproli disclaims implied warranties. Cyproli’s aggregate liability for claims related to the Services is limited to fees paid for the relevant period under the applicable agreement.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be reflected by a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
